This week we are very excited to host Trustee PDG Geeta Manek who has been a Rotarian since 1997. She has served in many leadership roles not only as President of her home Club, but also in many capacities within the Country, the District and Rotary International.
She was the first female District Governor of Rotary District 9200 in 2013-2014, which then comprised of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, South Sudan and Eritrea.
Geeta has been honored with the Service Above Self Award. She and her spouse, PDG. Kaushik are Rotary Foundation Major Donors and Benefactors, as well as Bequest Society and Arch Klumph Society members.
Geeta continues to oversee successful Rotary projects that have gone a long way in changing the lives of many societies and communities around the world. Geeta is currently one of the Rotary International Board of Trustees, which manages the business of The Rotary Foundation; the charitable arm of our organization that funds service activities.
This Thursday, Trustee PDG Geeta Manek will be sharing with us about Living By The 4-Way Test; something that she lives by and is passionate about.
See you then.
