More than ever, today’s consumer is inundated by loads of information – solicited or otherwise -influencing the purchase or loyalty to a product and/or service. By the time they are interacting with a brand, they have sought information about it, checked referrals and perhaps even used the products albeit on a trial basis.
Mapping the consumer journey is a key component for any businessperson who strives to get their product properly positioned in a market full of clutter.

Brands need to make meaningful connections by understanding information and experiences consumers seek before, during and after purchase.
