Kiawaroga Community Receive Healthcare Packages

The raging COVID-19 Pandemic hindered the Rotary Club of Nairobi-Lang’ata from carrying out a medical
camp at the Community of Kiawaroga – Muna in Limuru, Kiambu County. However, this did not stop some members of the Club from braving the cold June weather to deliver healthcare packages in line with the Rotary promise of Disease Prevention and Treatment. Thanks to the support of Rotarians and All Trusted Medical Company, the Kiawaroga Community benefited from 3 ply and N 95 masks, Thermo guns. A total of 2475 masks and 20 thermo guns were donated to 20 community health workers, 10 church workers from 2 local churches. 104 staff from 8 schools. As is the Rotary tradition of planting trees, 50 trees now stand to make Kiawaroga greener.
